From February 17 to 24 the 27th Russian Renju Championship was held in Yaroslavl. Pavel Makarov (Moscow) and Irina Metreveli (Podyuga) got the first place in men and women tournaments. Konstantin Nikonov (Elektrostal) got second place and Oleg Fedorkin third place (Moscow). Among the women silver was won by Daria Yusupmurzina (Podyuga) and bronze by Sofia Tolstoguzova (Nizhny Novgorod).
